I. GENERAL

* By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions ( For Personal Comission ONLY). Please read these terms carefully. As for Commercial commission, please contact me at [email protected] for further discussion.

Client
• Client must be 18 year of age or older to order.
• You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.
• You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
• You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• Please only upload the smaller file publicly unless otherwise discussed.
• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.
• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).
• You may NOT use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
• You are NOT allow to use my work for Ai, NFTs or in any Blockchain related technologies.
• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

Artist
• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
• I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

II. PRIVACY REQUEST

• If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
• Do not share or post any sketches I provide during the process.

III. PAYMENT

• 100% upfront via PayPal invoice (USD) or through Vietnam banking (VND). No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.
• All invoices are due within 7 days, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled.
• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

IV. REFUND

• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
• Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.

V. PROCESS

• I usually take up to 1-3 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.
• I will send a WIP (‘work in progress’) image after 100% of the payment is completed.
• Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me within 7 days. If there is no feedback, I will continue to work on your piece without waiting for approval.
•Maximum 3 revisions during the sketch phase and 2 revisions during the coloring phase, free of charge. ( SKETCH type commission will only have 2 revisions )
• Major revisions will be charged additional fee upon agreement.
• The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. If I make mistake and miss any details, I will offer a revision, free of charge.
• It's gonna takes me from around 2 weeks to 2 months to finish your commission. You can ask to see the process otherwise please be patient!
• As for FULL ILLUSTRATION, I ask you to give me at least 3 months ( I may finish it sooner depends on the schedule I have during that time) to finish the commission. I want you to give you the best result as much as I can.
• The finished commission will be delivered via email in .png format with high solution; this does not include the working file (.psd)

III. FULL ILLUSTRATION

BASE PRICE: 180 USD
Includes:
• Thigh up or full body illustration of your character.
• Simple elements/ background.
• Typography elements ( optional ).
ADD ON:
Extra Character: + 80% of the base price ( color style 2 ) for every additional character.
Background/ Elements: depens on the detail, complexity. Price starting from 15 USD.

• All price above are base price. Final price will depend on the complexity of the characters. Price starts from 10 USD.
• Maximum 2 characters applied for all the tiers.
• Each CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION commission comes with a simple element ( smoke, cloud, sparkle, ect). This is totally optional!
